Digital touchpoints that worked against each other

Before we started, guests and staff were stuck between a basic web presence, phone orders, and manual reservation notes – nothing felt connected.

    Tourists found Nuuk online; regulars called or messaged to order. The web did not support repeat behavior, and the app did not exist yet.
