What Happens
After You Contact Us

Straight answers on how we reply, what to include in your brief, pricing, Upwork and ownership, so you know what to expect when you contact TeamExio.

What happens after I contact TeamExio?

We read your brief, ask any questions we need answered, then reply with a scoped proposal: what we would build, the timeline and the price. If the project is complex, we suggest a short call first. Nothing starts until you approve the scope and the milestones.

What should I include in my project brief?

Tell us what the site or app needs to achieve, the platform if you have one in mind (WordPress, Shopify or a custom web app), the main pages or features, any tools it must connect to, your budget range and your deadline. Links to sites you like help too. A few clear paragraphs are plenty.

How much does a project cost?

Our fixed plans start at $499 for Starter, $1,499 for Growth and $3,499 for Scale, and larger projects get a custom quote. You can get an instant starting budget with the estimator on our pricing page.

I found you on Upwork. Should I use this form?

Please message us on Upwork instead. Upwork’s terms require that we keep communication, contracts and payments for Upwork clients on Upwork, and that protects you with Upwork’s escrow and support.

Can you take over or improve an existing site?

Yes. We often audit and improve sites built by other teams, from performance and accessibility fixes to a staged rebuild when the old code costs more to maintain than to replace. Every change goes through a staging site before it reaches production. You can see examples in our portfolio.

Who owns the website or app when it's finished?

You do. You own the code, content, domain and accounts delivered in the agreed scope, and we hand over everything your team or another developer needs to keep working on it. More answers are on our FAQ page.
